Dynamic E911 Solutions
Assisting hospitality through compliance.

Kari's Law
911 Direct Dial
Every phone device provided by the property must be able to dial 911.
A valid call back number must be provided to the PSAP operator.
The existing premise based phone system must be able to allow all users to dial 911. Homisco’s solution will pick up the call from that point.

Notification
Kari’s Law requires that notification of a user dialing 911 is provided to more than just the Emergency Services.
Notify the front desk phone.
Homisco is able to enhance your core phone system to provide many different types of notification:
Phone calls to Administrative Staff on site.
Phone calls to offsite phone numbers.
On screen messages to computers on site.
Text messages to any cellular number of SMS capable device.
e-mail notification to any e-mail address.

Public-Safety Answering Point (PSAP)

Ray Baum's Act
Dispatchable Location
Ray Baum’s Act adds a requirement that any call to 911 must also provide specific location information of the caller.

This means the call must deliver room number, floor number, building or wing if applicable. Much more information than many phone systems are able to provide on their own.

Homisco has created a solution that interfaces to you existing premise based phone system and allows us to map the user location to a site diagram.

This is not just about compliance, it is about the safety of every guest and hotel staff.

Homisco is here to partner with you to provide the best solution to meet the needs of the property, the guest and the local Emergency Services.
